Refund policy

Eligibility for return

Please note that accessories, replacement parts, and service kits are not eligible for return.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you or a third party designated by you (excluding the shipping carrier) receive physical possession of the products. For products delivered in separate shipments, the 14-day return period starts from the day the last item is delivered.

Condition of Returned Products

All products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Products showing signs of use or damage may not qualify for a refund. You must inspect the products immediately upon receipt and promptly notify Strietman of any visible defects or discrepancies at customercare@strietman.net.

Returned products must be in their original packaging or packaging provided by Strietman, securely protected for transit.

Liability and Diminished Value

You are responsible for any diminished value of returned products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product. Inspection should be limited to what is reasonably allowed in a retail environment.

Strietman reserves the right to deduct any loss of value from your refund if the returned product does not meet these conditions.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact Strietman at customercare@strietman.net within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt to arrange for replacement, repair, or a refund. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must notify Strietman explicitly at customercare@strietman.net within the 14-day withdrawal period. Upon receipt of your request, we will confirm and provide instructions for returning the product.

Returned products must be shipped back or delivered in person no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you inform us of your withdrawal decision. The costs associated with returning products will be the customer's responsibility.

Refund Procedure

Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the returned products, Strietman will issue a refund of the original purchase price, minus applicable bank transaction fees and a 15% restocking fee, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. Shipping costs will not be refunded and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method initially used by you unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Strietman reserves the right to withhold refunds until the returned products are received and verified.
